  • Our Lady of Guadalupe Festivities: From December 4 to 12, the boho-chic town of Sayulita is renewing one of its most cherished traditions: a novena in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe (Mexico’s Patron Saint), a demonstration of faith and a popular celebration for families, businesses, local civil groups, and visitors from the neighboring towns, as well as domestic and foreign tourists.

·     Travelers can revel in sports and music at the Riviera Nayarit Show Jumping Circuit celebrated at La Patrona Polo & Equestrian Club in San Pancho. The event, taking place December 14 to 16, promotes equestrian activities in the region, featuring experts and novices alike. 
  • ·     The Sinergiarte Festival, is the perfect celebration for art and culture lovers. Taking place in Riviera Nayarit’s cultural capital of San Pancho, the 13th edition of the festival takes place December 26 through 30, and features exhibitions and workshops of dance, theatre performance, literature, photography, sculpture, martial arts, and more. 

Resort Celebrations:

·       The Four Seasons Resort Punta Mitawill offer family friendly programming December 18 to January 2. ·  Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills will kick off its New Year’s festivities with a foam party at Eva 
    Mandarina Beach Club. Resort guests can also enjoy a cocktail hour and gala dinner before 
   ringing in 2019 at the New Year’s Eve Fiesta. Continuing the celebration into New Year’s Day, the resort will host a brunch, beach barbecue and its first boules tournament of the year.
