14th Sayulita Surf Fishing Tournament 2019
- The competition takes place on Malpaso beach in the Magical Town of Sayulita on May 25-26.
The 14th Sayulita Surf Fishing Tournament in Riviera Nayarit is all set for May 25-26, 2019 under the aegis of the Nayarit Surf Fishing Club on Malpaso beach in the Magical Town of Sayulita.
The goal is to encourage the sport of surf fishing with an eco-conscience, which is why this competition follows “catch and release” rules that help the preservation of marine species.
Mario Alberto Real Bernal, president of the Nayarit Surf Fishing Club, announced the tournament is open to all ages and genders including kids, since this is a family event.
The activity begins on Saturday, May 25th with the arrival of participants from several states in the Mexican Republic and areas adjacent to Sayulita; an afternoon event is scheduled for them. The competition begins on Sunday, May 26th at 6:00 a.m. ending at 2:00 p.m.
