Riviera Nayarit will be featured in The Dallas Morning News
Riviera Nayarit will soon be featured in the pages of the prestigious publication The Dallas Morning News. The specialized travel writer Lynn O’Rourke visited our destination after receiving an invitation from Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa, located in our destination.
Lynn O’Rourke has been a journalist for over 25 years, and has covered stories on travel, technology and family. She’s also the co-owner of FamilyTravel.com. Her work has taken her to 32 countries, and 48 out of the 50 States.
She not only enjoyed the facilities and services offered by Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa, but she also took cooking lessons with chef Eugenio Villafaña, with whom she prepared the base for a delicious tortilla soup, the traditional sarandeado style fish, and pochadas with red wine and black sesame seed for dessert.
Lynn also toured the destination guided by the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) of Riviera Nayarit, visiting Bucerias, Punta de Mita, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, and Sayulita. “I’d been to Sayulita a while ago, and I’m thrilled to see how the area has developed without losing its charm”, she added.
The joint work of the CVB of Riviera Nayarit and its associated hotels, in this case Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa, translates into important promotional assets such as the articles that O’Rourke is preparing for The Dallas Morning News. These articles are aimed towards the Texan market, which is one of the most important markets for our destination during the summer.
