The article praised their Spa services, which have made our destination one of the favorites for celebrities like Kate Hudson, Gerry Lopez, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, among many others that have recently visited Mexico’s Pacific Treasure.

NatGeo Traveler included the Four Seasons Punta Mita, Marival Residences, the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit and the St. Regis Punta Mita in its list of “star hotels”, and also created a special dossier entitled “The four Spas of Riviera Nayarit”

The different ancestral treatments of the Mexican, Italian, Russian, Indian, Thai, Japanese and Turkish cultures are all offered at Melange”.

The publication also recounted the origin of Apuane, the name for the Spa at the Four Seasons Punta Mita. This name comes from the Huichol language and references a healing ritual, as the techniques used by this local ethnic group of Nayarit have been incorporated in several of the treatments offered here.

The article recommends the special house treatment at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, which is a traditional Thai therapy that helps ease tension and muscular pain through soft movements and pressure applied through a hot compress.

Regarding the St. Regis Punta Mita, the publication continued, “Set apart in a small nine-acre isthmus with spectacular views of the Pacific, the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort pampers its guests with all the luxury of a privileged and intimate refuge.” Finally, the publication praised the hot obsidian treatment at its Spa, Remede.
