Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit announces the 2019 Wellnessing Getaway
- Wellness, a concept that continues trending strongly with international tourism, arrives in the Riviera Nayarit.
For the past few years, wellness has been at the center of travel motivation; tourists travel in search of activities that revitalize the body, nourish the mind, and strengthen the soul, thus providing a better quality of life.
One of the destinations that has best embodied this philosophy is the Riviera Nayarit, where spectacular seaside resorts offer travelers spas, healthy cuisine, and the latest fitness trends.

Participants also include Ana Paula Domínguez, founder and director of the Mexican Yoga Institute, and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor; Robert Gopar, pioneer in the research, diffusion, and use of sonotherapy as a complementary treatment for different ailments; Adriana Azuara, founder and managing director of ALL4SPAS, which equips and trains spas in hotel chains throughout Mexico and Central America; and Javier Bautista, certified yoga instructor by Yoga Espacio’s Jiñana Dakini, music and holy chanting instructor, therapist, and sonotherapist.
In addition to the healthy activities available at each resort, travelers seeking a compete wellness retreat can also choose to stay in the two-story Wellness Suites and enjoy their numerous healthy services.
