Riviera Nayarit Extends an Invite to the Vidanta Wellness Retreat with Deepak Chopra

Chopra, who is board certified in internal medicine, endocrinology, and metabolism, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, will be leading a conference as well as taking part in an exclusive dinner.
Attendees of the Vidanta Wellness Retreat, which will be held at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, will enjoy exquisite healthy menus especially created for the event, as well as unique activities including spinning classes, aerial yoga, and paddle surfing, functional training camps, guided meditation, sessions in the temazcal (pre-Hispanic sweat lodge), mud therapy on the beach, healthy diet classes, and vegan cooking workshops.
