  • After a very successful debut in 2017, this year’s festival is expected to offer electronic house music a fantastic experience.

The spectacular Marina Riviera Nayarit in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle will host the second edition of the RHA Festival 2018 from May 25-26, bringing with it the cream of the crop of the electronic world house music genre.

The Riviera Nayarit was chosen for the event as it’s one of the most beautiful places in the world, a land that encompasses the cultural heritage of the Wixárica natives, whose traditions were integrated into the festival’s brand and identity out of respect and appreciation.

Besides being one of the most anticipated music festivals in the Riviera Nayarit and including some incredible exponents of house and techno music, the event stands out for its location on the beach, where attendees can enjoy the best scenery and the best views of Banderas Bay.

This year the festival occurs over the course of two days, with a spectacular line-up that includes name such as Justin Martin, Harvard Bass, Marques Wyatt, Zen Freeman, Charlotte de Witte and Lee Foss with Anabel Englund. One of the best bookings of the festival is Luciano, who is returning to Mexico for the first time in three years.

During a press conference the organizers announced the second edition of the RHA Festival 2018.

Other artists on the bill include Vatos Locos; soul house master Miguel Migs; Berlin’s Nico Stojan; Osunlade, founder of Yoruba Records; Tropicool; Liam Fitzgerald and DJ Sonosfera, just to name a few.

The main stage will once again be located very close to the beach in the Marina Riviera Nayarit, where attendees can dance under the warm nights skies while they enjoy the coastal breeze.

The facts:
RHA means “water that flows” in Wixárika, the language of the indigenous people who live in Mexico’s Nayarit region. It’s a reference that speaks to their journey in life. Water flows, water evaporates, and water rains and returns.
