A bit of history on Riviera Nayarit

Fortuna de Vallejo is one of the most ancient villages at Bahía de Banderas and was founded to host Hacienda Maisterrena, which extended from La Peñita de Jaltemba to El Colomo. To get there you can take the road that gose from Bucerias to Valle de Banderas, continue to San Juan de Abajo and there take the road that takes to El Colomo and El Coatante, ahead from El Colomo you’ll find the detour to Fortuna.
