Expedia is endorsing Riviera Nayarit hotels

Based on the analysis of over 500,000 reviews created by its users, Expedia, the largest online travel agency, granted a recognition to two Riviera Nayarit hotels by including them in its Insider’s Select list 2011, due to the quality of their services and the travel experience that they offer.

Villa La Estancia and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit were recognized by Expedia, and are now part of a list that includes only the best 500 hotels around the world.

Expedia Insider’s Select is a selection that Expedia makes every year to recognize the best hotels according to the most important judges that the touristic industry can have: its guests. The best hotels in the world are selected by website users, and this in turn helps create an easy way for consumers to purchase a perfect vacation.

Villa La Estancia and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit are two luxury properties located in Mexico’s Pacific Treasure, and are renowned by their high-end services, world-class gastronomy and modern Spa services.

Since May 5, after being included in the Insider’s Select 2011, these hotels in our destination are displaying a special badge at the different Expedia sales points, which contributes to attract a larger number of tourists to these properties and to our destination.

One of the priorities for the touristic industry in Riviera Nayarit is the advancement of touristic services, as this guarantees that satisfaction levels among visitors to our destination will remain high and will therefore allow for a better promotion. The Expedia Insider’s Select award is the result of the constant work being made by these two members of the Hotel and Motel Association of Bahia de Banderas.

According to a Visitors Study made in 2010, visitors to Riviera Nayarit gave an average rating for travel experience satisfaction of 9 out of 10 points, including a 9.4 in hospitality, 9.1 in tourist safety, 9.2 in hygiene, and 8.8 in information availability.
