Spanish Journalists Enthralled With The Riviera Nayarit And Puerto Vallarta
- The Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta will obtain approximately one million media impressions in Spain thanks to this group of journalists specializing in print and specialty magazines.
The Public Relations teams from the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust were right on track when they organized a press trip for a group of Spanish media representatives, who stayed for a week in order to enjoy the best of the destinations.
The group of eight journalists and photographers from five publications was in the Riviera Nayarit from June 8-11, where they visited Litibú, San Pancho, Punta de Mita, Islas Marietas, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerías during their stay.
The activities in Nayarit included luxury hotel site inspections, shopping excursions, taste testing the area’s delicious gastronomy, tours through special attractions such as the Marina Riviera Nayarit and the Mercado del Mar as well as time to practice water, beach and mountain sports.
A total of nearly one million media impressions are expected if each of the journalists publishes a single article. Below please find a brief description of each medium:
Cinco Días is one of the top business periodicals in Spain, which also publishes specialty supplements on different topics for its 64 thousand readers.
La Razón is one of the most influential papers with the widest reach within the Spanish community. Its audience exceeds 240 thousand readers. ABC is another leading national daily in Spain with over 498 thousand readers via its different platforms.
Sobremesa’s print edition has a total of 98 thousand monthly subscriptions targeting lovers of fine wine and cuisine. Vanidad is the number one periodical for trends, design and lifestyle written for a unisex reader looking to stay in the know.
After their visit to the Riviera Nayarit the group continued their adventure in Puerto Vallarta from June 11-14, completing a grand press trip of the region that will serve to strengthen the destinations’ presence in Spain.
