Celebrating Living Places The Riviera Nayarit’s St. Regis Among The Top Golf Resorts
- The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort was named among the “Best Golf Resorts” on Celebrated Living’s Platinum List; the inflight magazine is available to First and Business Class passengers of American Airlines.
The Riviera Nayarit’s hotels and resorts keep raking in the accolades. This time around it was thanks to American Airline’s First and Business Class inflight magazine, Celebrated Living, which placed The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort on its Platinum List of “Best Golf Resorts in the World.”
“To be named one of the top golf resorts in the world by this prestigious publication is a testimony to the warmth of our service and our commitment to offer extraordinary experiences on both of Punta Mita’s golf courses,” said James Hughes, General Manager at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resorts. “The Pacific coast of Mexico also offers majestic scenery, making a golf vacation truly memorable.”
The Platinum List is a vetted list of the best hotels, resorts, restaurants and more nominated by a notable list of handpicked judges and voted on by readers, who choose the top ten winners in each category.
The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is located in the Punta Mita development, which offers visitors the Bahía and Pacífico golf courses designed by golf genius Jack Nicklaus and are renowned for being among the top spots in the world for a game of golf. The list of nominees included over 300 candidates.
American Airlines has direct flights to the region from Dallas and Phoenix, as well as a winter seasonal flight from Chicago. Another daily direct flight from Los Angeles will be added to that airlift beginning in December 2016.
