Riviera Nayarit to visit RCI call Centers
· Mexico’s Pacific Treasure showcased the advantages of vacationing in this destination before agents of this important Vacation Exchange Club
In Riviera Nayarit luxury is our magic, a magic that was brought to 240 RCI representatives in two different Call Centers. RCI is the largest vacation exchange club in the world and its agents hold the power to influence decision making by its members as to where to travel. The presentations were held as part of the promotional tour through Indianapolis and Pueblo, Colorado, this November 28th and 29th.
“We offered an Open House in each one of the call centers. The reservation agents weren’t obliged to assist but we hosted them during their breaks and lunch hours. In order to get them interested we offered certain incentives to participate and learn about Riviera Nayarit and the advantages of vacationing here, we expected an attendance from 150 call center agents in Indianapolis and 90 more in Pueblo”, said Marc Murphy, Director of the Conventions & Visitors Bureau (CVB) for Riviera Nayarit.
