Beach Polo Tournament announced in Riviera Nayarit

•    Some of Mexico’s Best Polo Players will attend the “Maserati Riviera Nayarit Beach Polo Cup”  This November 16th to 19th, 2012

In Riviera Nayarit  luxury is our magic, which provides amazing landscapes as backdrop to exclusive events such as “The Maserati Riviera Nayarit Beach Polo Cup”, to be played on the beach in front of the Hard Rock Hotel on November 16 to 19, an exceptional show open to all the public and a luxurious attraction for those who decide to pay admission into the VIP Zone.

“We expect about 600 viewers a day at the polo matches. Six teams will compete, featuring some of the best polo players in Mexico. But mostly, the cooperation of Riviera Nayarit with  Hard Rock Hotels enable us to offer a show in which the Polo Game, the Beach, Bikinis and Rock’n’Roll are merged into a concept that is rarely seen in our country “, says Froylan Caballero from the Organizing Committee.

Riviera Nayarit and its Polo Club “Rancho La Patrona” which is located at the San Pancho community, have rapidly become well know among “The Sport of Kings” fans.  Bringing the emotion of the sport to the beach is an experience lived in Miami and other great luxury destinations, now allowing Mexico’s Pacific Treasure to join this glamorous group.

Polo is without a doubt one of the most thrilling sports for viewers, as it combines the talent of the rider and its horse to reach a goal and make a spectacular pairing – and when we add the glamour of this game to the equation, the results are spectacular.

The CVB of Riviera Nayarit works tirelessly to promote our destination, in order to recover the trust from the market and to attract more tourists. Related touristic events like the Maserati Riviera Nayarit Beach Polo Cup are an invaluable asset to these marketing efforts, and this is why the CVB celebrates this initiative.
