The promotion efforts made by the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) of Riviera Nayarit, which has set the goal of opening new markets in Europe and Latin America, is already generating results. It’s now possible to travel from Colombia to the destination known as Mexico’s Pacific Treasure for $691 dollars on a four-night package, as a result of the agreements reached during the Vitrina Turística of the Asociación Nacional de Agencias de Viajes y Turismo de Colombia (Anato).

At this event, which took place last February 29 to March 2, the CVB of Riviera Nayarit was featured as one of the new destinations promoted by Travel Depot, the largest travel wholesaler in Colombia.
A few days after the promotion tour ended, Aeromexico announced its alliance with Travel Depot, as well as a new route that would connect Mexico City with Bogota, and so began the threefold promotion of Riviera Nayarit in Colombia. Today, these new vacation packages are already featured in several websites in Colombia.
