Riviera Nayarit is being promoted in Canada

  • Six Riviera Nayarit hotels are participating in a promotional trip with Air Transat, one of the leading wholesale travel retailers in Canada

At the same time that Reader’s Digest is advising its Canadian readers to visit Riviera Nayarit, six properties in the destination known as Mexico’s Pacific Treasure are doing promotional work in the country of the Maple Leaf Flag together with Air Transat, one of the largest wholesale travel retailers in Canada.
On August 17 to 24, Vallarta Palace, Marival Suites & Resort, Marival Residences, Dreams Villamagna, Royal Decameron and Palladium Riviera Nayarit will visit Canada to attract visitors to our destination, in a joint strategy with this commercial partner.
The Canadian division of Air Transat transports about 3 million passengers per year through 60 destinations in 25 countries, using a fleet of 18 Airbus aircraft. The company has over 2,500 employees and is considered one of the leaders in vacation package sales in Canada.
The six Riviera Nayarit hotels that are part of this promotional tour will visit Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary, where they’ll take part in trade shows that will assemble the most important travel agents of said cities.
Every year, approximately 300,000 Canadian tourists visit our destination, according to information provided by the Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport and the Consular Office of Canada in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Most of these tourists reach our destination by plane.
The Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) of Riviera Nayarit celebrates the participation of these hotels, which are members of the Hotel and Motel Association of Bahia de Banderas, as their promotional efforts contribute to position our brand in Canada. Efforts like these are also noticeable by articles like the recent one published by Reader’s Digest in Canada.
