9 Riviera Nayarit Hotels in TripAdvisor’s “Best of the Best of Mexico”

• The destination’s properties stand out on several lists of the Traveler’s Choice Awards granted by this travel website.

The month of August started off with good news for the Riviera Nayarit with the publication of the list of winners of the popular “Traveler’s Choice Awards,” granted every year by travel site TripAdvisor. Mexico’s Pacific Treasure is a standout on this list thanks to its hotels, restaurants, and beaches.

The awards are given to different properties based on ratings, comments, and reviews from TripAdvisor platform users around the world, making it a highly reliable award.

This year, the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was the best ranked hotel coming in at #4 in the “Top 25 All Inclusive Resorts in Mexico,” a list that also includes Marival Distinct at #13. The Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit has also been included in the list of the “Top 25 Best Resorts in Mexico” at #7 and once again in the “Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Mexico” at #6. Also featured on this list are the Grand Luxxe Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta at #15, and Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit at #24.

 

Meanwhile, the big winner in the “Top 25 Hotels for Families” was Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta’s Grand Bliss at #1, followed by the Mayan Palace Vidanta at #4; Samba Vallarta at #5; and Vidanta’s Sea Garden at #13.

Mexico’s Pacific Treasure also enjoys the preference of national travelers, who have placed Nuevo Vallarta at #9 among the “Most Popular Destinations in Mexico,” in addition to being ranked at #6 in the list of “Top 10 Beaches.”

 

The big surprise is the addition, for the first time, of two of the destination’s hotels in this select group of winners: El Pueblito Sayulita and Marival Distinct, as well as Punta de Mita’s Tuna Blanca restaurant in the list of “Best Elegant Restaurants.”

“We’re very happy that the Riviera Nayarit has been included in this exclusive list of winners,” stated Jesús Carmona Jiménez, president of the Banderas Bay Hotel and Motel Association (AHMBB). “We believe this is the result of the welcoming atmosphere offered by the destination’s hotels and, of course, the intense promotional work carried out by the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau.”
