The Riviera Nayarit among the top 24 must-visit destinations for 2020

  • Bloomberg Pursuits recommends the top attractive and inspiring destinations to visit around the world; Mexico’s Pacific Treasure and its “Luxury and Nature” was a highlight.

Bloomberg, the global business and financial information and news leader, has included the Riviera Nayarit on its exclusive list of 24 inspiring and attractive places from around the world to visit in 2020.

Bloomberg published a photo of Playa del Amor, the Riviera Nayarit’s iconic attraction, in its “Pursuits” section together with a lengthy article describing it as “Mexico’s next big ‘It’ destination.” The author highlights the destination’s serene coastline and verdant jungle, Punta Mita’s luxury signature hotels—The St. Regis and Four Seasons—as well as its upcoming investments.

Bloomberg also touched on Mexico’s Pacific Treasure’s similarities and differences with Los Cabos, BCS: “Instead of rugged coasts and desert landscapes, the Riviera Nayarit offers 200 miles of serene coastline and verdant jungle (…) Cabo and the Riviera Nayarit will eventually have one thing in common: hotels of every imaginable luxury brand, including Rosewood and Auberge. Conrad opens first, in May, with seven restaurants and a Mexican steam bath, or temazcal; June will feature a One&Only with a polo club and a zip-line.”

The article also highlights attractions such as humpback whale watching and sea turtle season, as well as exclusive information on hotel rates and more practical information provided by travel experts.
