Start the day out with breakfast at the Refugio del Mar and their tasty chilaquiles con mole, a tasty plate of fried tortilla triangles with spicy mole (moe-lay) sauce served with eggs and cheese. Then there are the yummy fresh seafood salads, not to mention the fish ceviche—a favorite with everyone—and several other local savory recipes. If you tour the local market ask directions to Mariscos Villarreal, Mariscos Toto, or Mariscos El Payo.
