The views at Punta de Mita, Litibú, San Blas, Chacala and Nuevo Vallarta (just to mention a few) are among the most incredible you’ll see anywhere. Besides, the water is warm, pollution-free, with “clean beach” certifications and the safety you need to enjoy your vacation in paradise. We also recommend a visit to San Pancho, Sayulita, Bucerías, and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle—there are more than 300 kilometers of coastline to choose from!
Adventure for everyone
There’s a huge range of adventures to enjoy in the Riviera Nayarit, from extreme tours to slightly more relaxed activities for the whole family. Among the tours that are gaining popularity include hiking and mountain biking, not to mention sailing trips around Banderas Bay. If you’re looking for adrenaline try the ATVs, racers or zip-lines. The area specialty is seafood in all its different presentations: Shrimp, different flavors of aguachile (shrimp “cooked” in lime juice), or pescado zarandeado (grilled fish), but there’s something for every taste.
