The flight was confirmed in mid-December; there are currently only a few details that need to be finalized in order to complete all the arrangements for this new connection.
According to a poll conducted by the Riviera Nayarit CVB in 2013 to determine the profile of its visitors, the Monterrey Airport is the second point of origin within Mexico that sends most flights to the Riviera Nayarit at 25.26%, second only to Mexico City at 52.63%; third and fourth place are held by Toluca with 8.07% and Tijuana with 7.37%.
