Bistro Organico in San Pancho will Participate in Vallarta Lifestyles’ Restaurant Week

The ninth annual Vallarta Lifestyles’ Restaurant Week will be held May 15-31 and features 35 restaurants located in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Each of the participating restaurants offer a special three-course menu (with three choices per course) at a fixed price of $189 or $299 pesos per person, with drinks and tips not included. It is a great way to try some of the best restaurants at reduced prices. This not-to-be missed restaurant event encourages residents and visitors to explore the area’s unique culinary diversity.

Bistro Organico, located in the courtyard of Hotel Cielo Rojo in San Pancho, is a new participant to Restaurant Week 2013 and is the only participating restaurant in our area – and we are thrilled to have them join our growing list of advertisers on Jaltemba Bay Life.

Pursuing a vision for healthy living, Bistro Organico is pioneering the local-sustainable-organic movement which is reflected in their menu and boutique. This season Bistro Organico has made huge progress in procuring many local growers and products indigenous to Mexico – from organic eggs, farm fresh greens, raw honey, pure cacao to their Cielo Rojo Tequila produced by sustainable agave growers. Voted the best restaurant in the State of Nayarit by the Green Guide, dining at Bistro Organico will sure to delight your senses and indulge even the most discriminating palate.

The team at Bistro Organico has a wonderful menu planned for Restaurant Week. They will also have live music by the fabulous Dos Bertos y Las Musas on Wednesday, May 15 and Beto y Lau will play acoustic violin and guitar on Wednesday, May 22. Music begins at 7pm both evenings.
