- Thanks to the Joint Promotional Tour that visited Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre and Rio de Janeiro at least 20 articles in 11 different media in Brazil have popped up in the last few days.
The Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta have made big news in Brazil the past few days and they continue to strengthen their positioning thanks to the strategies employed by the Promotions and Public Relations offices of the Joint Promotional Campaign, which the two destinations have undertaken together with the Mexico Tourism Board.
Panrotas, Hall Do Turismo, Diario Do Turismo, Jornal Turismo e Eventos, Travel 3, Turismo Emfoco, Coluna de Turismo, Regina Lemos Blogspot, Jornal O Tempo, M1 Noticias and Mercado e Eventos have together published at least 20 articles on the Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta.
“The travel agencies and the media are strong allies for the promotion of the Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta in that they ensure our actions have continuity and, in the end, help us to accomplish our goals. Every press conference or training workshop seeks positive results, in this case, news articles,” submitted Marc Murphy, Managing Director of the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The majority of the articles refer to the Promotional Tour that took place last week in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre and Rio de Janeiro; however, there are other aspects of the destinations that have begun to generate more interest within the Brazilian community.
Panrotas, one of the most important mediums in Brazil directed towards the tourism industry, published five articles and is a prime example of the widespread circulation obtained by the tour. It has 2.2 million page views each month with 12,500 unique visitors each day.
