RCI Call Center Leaders visit Riviera Nayarit

•     Mexico’s Pacific Treasure was presented to key opinion makers of this influential Vacation Exchange Network

In Riviera Nayarit luxury is our magic, this magic was introduced to 20 of the most important representatives of RCI, a large vacation exchange operator, who visited properties such as Dreams Villamagna, Occidental Grand, Marival Resort & Suites, Marival Residences and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, to experience firsthand the  advantages the  destination has to offer.

“The idea is for the leading agents to learn about the exceptional properties for our members to choose from in this destination and for them to get know all the activities available, so that they can recommend and even influence the decision where to travel”, said Angelica Hernandez, executive of this company.

The Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) of Riviera Nayarit offered these representatives, and the call center executives among them, a training seminar on the destination.

RCI was the first timeshare company to use its properties in this innovative touristic approach. It began operations in 1974 and today has over 4 million affiliated touristic developments.

The CVB of Riviera Nayarit is a non-profit organization that works under the direction of the Hotel and Motel Association of Bahía de Banderas in order to promote the entire Riviera Nayarit. Through efforts like this one, we’re promoting tourist activity and fostering the harmonious development of all the people in Nayarit

Appart from their call center leaders, RCI also toured in Riviera Nayarit four journalists representing six important online publications related to Timeshare Industry. All together, these publications reach over 1.5 million audience.
