Riviera Nayarit. Chefs Lucero Soto (on the blue scarf) and Marta Zepeda (on the red chefcoat), both important part of the recue of traditional mexican cuisine, shared their knowledge with local college students at the Riviera Nayarit Technological University. Delights based on Michoacán traditional dishes designed by Lucero Soto can be tasted during the Festival at Restaurante El Delfín, in San Blas. The rescue of Chiapas original recipes by Marta Zepeda will be presented at Emiliano Restaurante, in San Blas.
