Riviera Nayarit is celebrating Mexico’s Independence by taking care of the environment

  • The destination known as Mexico’s Pacific Treasure invites you to participate at ‘El Grito’ for a better Mexico
In Riviera Nayarit, luxury means nature, and celebrating Mexico’s Independence at our destination offers you a unique opportunity to rest, have fun and to enjoy nature.

Riviera Nayarit has prepared a number of discounts to celebrate the upcoming long holiday weekend to celebrate Mexico’s Independence on September 15 to 18. These discounts go from 25 to 40% at many of the destination’s hotels, and several organizations are also inviting you to participate in the International Coastal Cleanup organized by Ocean Conservancy on September 17, which will include a beach cleanup event and a Stand Up Paddle competition in Sayulita.

Several properties in our destination have organized Mexican Fiestas, promotions and many surprises, which you can check on the Special Offers section of our website www.RivieraNayarit.com. Come celebrate September 15 and 16 and the enjoyment that characterizes us.

Afterwards, you’ll be able to participate in a beach cleanup event on Saturday, September 17 at 9:30 at the Casa de Playa at Punta Sayulita. The event will take place in this popular coastal town of Riviera Nayarit to celebrate the 26th International Coastal Cleanup. Individuals across the globe participate in this event, which has now arrived at this destination preferred by surfers worldwide.

After the cleanup event there will be races and Stand Up Paddle competitions, and some prizes will be offered to participants.

Riviera Nayarit is a destination committed to its natural surroundings, as they are one of our key attractions. Our natural beauty makes us a sanctuary for humpback whales, giant rays, whale sharks and marine turtles, and also makes us the most important destination in the American Continent for bird watching. “El Grito” at Riviera Nayarit will be this and so much more.
